Decent Location, Noticeably Dated Room
dated furniture uncomfortable mattress
The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to transportation and nearby attractions (a definite plus).
The room I was assigned felt quite dated. The furniture looked worn, and the overall décor seemed like it needed a refresh. The bed, in particular, was not comfortable. The mattress felt old and lumpy, contributing to a restless night.

friendly staff good value faulty plug difficult signage
i liked the friendly staff. they were always available and helpful. the rooms were also clean. i also appreciated the good value.
the plug socket next to the bed was not working, made charging difficult. also the signage was not great. i had no idea how to turn the light on in the gym. even signage to bedrooms was not easy.

helpful staff great location hard beds unclean room
someone was at the door always. I arrived at 2am and there was still someone to let me IN. The hotel offers a Great location and its just a couple of minutes from the train station.
the beds, and pillows were VERY hard. The rooms were also not cleaned properly. There was no coffee and just empty packets were left that hadn't been replaced in the room.

The location was really good, near the train station! shopping was convenient, and a variety of restaurants were steps away. the espresso machine in my room provided a great start to my mornings, i really enjoyed having it. the shower was amazing. It had great pressure. the staff were very friendly and helpful .
the television remote control was difficult to operate, and i had to ask for assistance, though they were very responsive.

the reception staff were efficient at check-in. concierge services were available 24/7, i noticed! staff promptly addressed my inquiries and provided helpful directions to nearby attractions. the team seemed genuinely committed to guest satisfaction.

The hotel is central and offers convenient access to public transportation. numerous shops and dining options are within a short walking distance. proximity to key landmarks makes it easy to explore the area on foot. I never took a taxi!

The fitness center includes several treadmills and stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of hot and cold items. i liked how there were eggs and coffee made to order. The hotel had fast internet access throughout the building.

Front desk personnel shown genuine care. The room had generous space for working, I found it very practical. Hotel location is superb because is near transport and commerce options. I appreciated hotel breakfast, as it included a variety of fresh choices.
Some furniture shows wear, I would have preferred a newer style.

the room was large, modern, and comfortable. i slept in a huge bed. the bath and toiletries were lovely. i stayed on a top floor with wonderful panoramic views. i experienced a quiet and undisturbed night's sleep.
cleaning staff knocked on doors early in the morning, slightly disruptive.

slow elevators difficult access
i found the elevators terribly slow. waiting times stretched to 20 minutes during peak hours. also, taxis seemed reluctant to approach the hotel entrance. they claimed access was difficult.
